Dana Collis is a personal trainer that likes to push her clients to their limits and beyond. Her background includes: tennis, boxing, resistance training, running and cycling, and hapkido.
Dana started Russian Kettlebell training six years ago, and went on to receive Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor certification soon thereafter. Dana really came to realize the benefit of her training when she stepped onto the mats at Eagle Hapkido.
Like Kombat Fitness, the training is long hard and intense. Due to the nature of kettlebell training Dana’s endurance, strength, and cardio, were conditioned enough to keep up with her opponents who had been training longer than her. Not bad for a girl eh?
The kettlebell has enabled Dana to condition all the physical aspects that are important to a fighter - endurance, strength, cardio, balance, flexability, and agility. After becoming fully certified Dana now looks forward to sharing her knowledge with anyone who likes to push themselves to their absolute and beyond.
