For people who are new or are curious about mixed martial arts,
we invite you to try out our training sessions where you will be
taught by one of our many certified instructors. Lessons are
scheduled 3-4 times a week in all strands of martial arts including:
Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self-Defence and Boxing. Our newest
addition is an all women’s training session. Here women will learn
the principles of self-defence through Kimono girl Jiu Jitsu. It is a fun
and interactive lesson that helps women gain more confidence in

For all the seasoned pros out there, GUERILLA MMA TEAM is the perfect
place to refine your skills, build your strength and compete against
other great athletes. With the complexity of martial arts, there is no
such thing as too much training.
